Arielle Dombasle

She was born on April 27, 1953 in Norwich, Connecticut. She is an American-born singer and actress working primarily in the Cinema of France. Her breakthrough role in France was Eric Rohmer's "Pauline at the Beach" and Alain Robbe-Grillet's ''The Blue Villa. Although born in the U.S., she was raised in Mexico by her grandparents after her mother died, where her grandfather served as the French Ambassador. She eventually went to live in France with her grandmother and embarked on a singing career and acting and in film. She has appeared in several Hollywood English-language productions but most of her acting work has been in the French language as are her music albums. She is married to French philosopher and writer, Bernard-Henri Lévy.

His real name is Christophe LeFriant. He was born in 1967. He is a French record producer, DJ, remixer and owner of the label Yellow Productions.
He started DJing in 1986, when he was just 18 years old, specializing in funk and hip-hop music, with the name Chris The French Kiss. His first club hit was "Gym Tonic", a collaboration with Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk, featuring vocals illegally taken from a Jane Fonda fitness tape. The persona was based on a character from Philippe de Broca's film Le Magnifique.
In 2005 he scored a hit with the single "Love Generation", that reached #1 on the Australian ARIA Singles Charts and the German Media Control Single Charts in 2006. The followup hit was "World, Hold On", that features Steve Edwards and also managed to chart in the top ten in most of the European countries. "Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)" followed on August 22, 2006.

Thomas More

He was born on February 7, 1478 — July 6, 1535. He was an English lawyer, author, statesman, and a Catholic martyr. During his lifetime he earned a reputation as a leading humanist scholar at Oxford university and occupied many public offices, including that of Lord Chancellor from 1529 to 1532. He is recognised as having a major influence on developing equity as an additional legal system in English law. More coined the word "utopia", a name he gave to an ideal, imaginary island nation whose political system he described in a book published in 1516. He is chiefly remembered for his principled refusal to accept King Henry VIII's claim to be the supreme head of the Church of England, a decision which ended his political career and led to his execution as a traitor.

The Pope John Paul II

He was born Karol Józef Wojtyla on May 18, 1920 in Wadowice in southern Poland – April 2, 2005.
He became the 264th Pope according to the chronological List of popes. At only 58 years of age, he was the youngest pope elected since Pope Pius IX in 1846. Like his immediate predecessor, he dispensed with the traditional Papal coronation and instead received ecclesiastical investiture with the simplified Papal inauguration on October 22, 1978. travelled extensively and came into contact with believers from many divergent faiths. He constantly attempted to find common ground, both doctrinal and dogmatic. At the World Day of Prayer, held in Assisi on October 27, 1986, more than 120 representatives of different religions and Christian denominations spent a day together with fasting and praying.
On 9 May 2005 Benedict XVI began the beatification process for his predecessor.
Normally five years must pass after a person's death before the beatification process can begin.
